As a team boss, Andreas Seidl is responsible for the technical running of the vehicles, and as race director, he coordinates the entire organisational aspects of the World Championship races. For the LMP1 drivers he is virtually like a national trainer, he heads the Business Relations division as manager and representative, and as chief strategist he makes decisions with the race engineers at the pit wall.
