2023 Porsche 911 Sport Classic (992) Technical Specifications
The 2023 Porsche 911 Sport Classic is based on the 911 Turbo S so while the specs haven’t been fully released yet, we expect it to have similar specifications. The Sport Classic features Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with black calipers, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), rear axle steering, the Sport Chrono Package and a specially modified exhaust system all included as standard.
The new 911 Sport Classic is available exclusively with a seven-speed manual transmission powering the rear wheels and is powered by the same 3.7 litre twin-turbo flat-six engine found in the 911 Turbo models. Power comes in at 542 hp and that is a lot in a car that is rear-wheel drive and has a manual transmission. For those counting, this makes the 911 Sport Classic with its 3,745 cc twin-turbo boxer engine, the current most powerful manual transmission 911 model.
