Built as the second example in a limited production series of only five units for the year 2018, this GT3 Cup was made available by Porsche Motorsports North America as an exceptionally exclusive racing car, paying homage to the Porsche Club of America. All PCA Editions come in one of two distinctive color schemes. In the case of this particular model, it boasts a White (C9A) finish adorned with striking Club Blau accents. The alternative option presents the same colors in a reversed arrangement.
Designed with a focus on lightweight and track-oriented features, the car incorporates polycarbonate windows, ventilated GT3 RS carbon fiber front fenders, a carbon fiber “double-bubble” roof panel featuring an FIA safety hatch, as well as carbon fiber GT3 R doors and mirrors. Enhancing aerodynamics, a larger GT3 front splitter is employed, accompanied by an adjustable carbon fiber rear wing and underbody paneling.
The rear of the world’s most-produced GT racing car houses a 4-litre, six-cylinder flat engine for even more drive. Thanks to thoroughbred motorsport technology, the compact engine with direct fuel injection delivers peak performance of 485 horsepower with 354 lb-ft of torque in GT3 Cup specification.
