Chassis number 962.108 was delivered, when brand new in December 1985 to Jim Busby Racing, based out of Laguna Beach, California, for use in the GTP class of IMSA racing, the famous IMSA Camel GT Championship. She was one of several 962s that Jim Busby Racing purchased on behalf of its sponsor, B.F. Goodrich Tires. The others were 962.106, 962.105 and 962.119.
