Singer Vehicle Design – Canyon Drive Commission
Today, we take a closer look at the Singer Vehicle Designs Canyon Drive Commission. Like other Classic Study cars, the Hollywood was built in Singer’s California location. This car was shared with the public in early-November 2021.
The Canyon Drive commission is a 4.0L, LHD coupe with a Weimaraner Gray exterior with dark ghosted side stripes and lettering. The interior is presented in Dark Tobacco, with bespoke leather weave centers for the lightweight carbon fiber track seats. The air-cooled, naturally aspirated flat-six drives the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.
The cabin is presented in Dark Tobacco with bespoke weave specified for the seat centers and dash strip.
Lightweight carbon fiber track seats are specified, with seat backs color-matched to the exterior in Weimaraner Gray.
Carpet is specified for the sills, transmission tunnel and lower rear compartment, where it is paired with bespoke weave in Dark Tobacco with a horizontal orange stripe.
At the heart of the Canyon Drive commission is the 4.0L, naturally-aspirated, air-cooled flat-six. For this machine the owner has specified a 6-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive. The engine itself is presented with a ceramic plenum finish and the exhaust system is specified with a black ceramic finish.
