The Glasgow Commission, reimagined by Singer, is based on a right-hand drive 964 Targa. The car showcases carbon fiber bodywork in Blood Red – Dark and is equipped with a centrally mounted, external fuel filler.
The wheels feature closed lug nuts and are adorned with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Positioned behind the wheels are carbon ceramic brakes with Champagne Gold calipers and black lettering.
The rear of the car boasts bumperettes with a nickel finish, while the engine cover proudly displays 4.0L badging and raised nickel lettering.
Inside the cabin, early 911 style gauges are chosen, along with an ebony and walnut gear shift knob. The interior is adorned in Coffee Bean trim, featuring suede-mix weave inserts.
Powering the Glasgow Commission is a 4.0L, air-cooled flat six engine, which delivers its force to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.
